We do not respond to emails regarding jewelry not on this website or jewelry sales solicitations.       What methods of payments do you accept ?  We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express in addition to Paypal and Google Checkout payments. You can place your credit card order online or call during business hours to place your order over the phone. We accept bank to bank wire transfers for large orders only. We do not accept payments by mail including money orders, personal checks, or cash. Is This Website Secure and What is Your Privacy Policy? My Order was Cancelled ? If you selected the Paypal payment option and did not make a Paypal payment within 24 hours of placing the order, all unpaid Paypal orders are cancelled in 24 hours. I made a Paypal payment and the payment was refunded and my order was cancelled ? The shipping address on your order must match the confirmed address on your Paypal account. We do not ship any other address unless you pay on our site with a Mastercard, Visa, or Discover card; only then can you ship to a different address. Im trying to place a credit card order and Im getting a message that says "duplicate order", or some other error message. What does this mean ? This means your order was not received and there is a problem with the credit card information. Please make sure you have selected the correct type of card in the drop down box, and make sure the card number and expiration date are correct. If you are not sure about the CVC code, leave the field blank. If you still have trouble, you can call in your order at the number above. How can I save items to view later ? You can easily put items on your wish list that will be saved for future viewing. Items in your shopping cart will also be saved if you log out. We can view items on your wish list but not in your shopping cart. So, if you want to talk to us about items on the phone, save them to your wish list and we will not have to ask you for item numbers.  If I put items on my Wish List, can other customers buy them? Yes. Only if you put items in your shopping cart and checkout can you secure a purchase. Can I order more than one of the same item ? Generally, the answer is no. 99% of all items are one of a kind, part of a 30 year personal collection, and cannot be re-ordered. The quantity available of each item is denoted in the header of each listing. Some newer styles of jewelry, like modern earrings, more than one might be available. How fast will my order be shipped? We reply promptly to all orders (usually not longer than a few hours) and you will receive an email copy of your order and an additional shipping confirmation email with the shipping date and the tracking number if applicable. We ship all orders within 48 business hours, weather and holiday permitting. Even if there is a weather delay, shipping rarely exceed 2 business days from order date.   What shipping carriers do you use ? We use USPS mail. We offer Regular Mail, Priority mail, and Express Mail services. You can select your preferred method of shipping upon checkout. We can offer Fed Ex shipping on international shipments upon request. How much does it cost to ship an order in the US? Shipping costs are determined per order, by the total purchase, and not per item. All orders include full insurance and delivery confirmation or signature confirmation. Only orders under $ 60.00 can be shipped by USPS regular mail for $ 4.75.   All orders over $ 60.00 are shipped by USPS Priority mail for $ 8.50. Orders under $ 60.00 may also be shipped Priority mail for $ 8.50. Overnite Mail in the US for 1-2 small items is $ 23.50, 3-4 small items $ 27.50, and 5-8 small items is $ 34.50. All orders under  $ 200 are shipped with delivery confirmation. All orders $ 200  or more are shipped with signature confirmation. Insurance costs do not appear on the paid postage sticker. All shipments are privately insured through Shipsurance.com. Do you ship internationally ?   Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. No, we are sorry, but 99% of the jewelry on this site is one of a kind and it is first come, first serve. Can I purchase jewelry on Lay-Away ? Please view the Lay-Away Section of the Policy page here. Can I make an offer on a jewelry item ? No, we are sorry but we do not offer price cuts or volume discounts. Will my order be gift wrapped ?  All orders are luxury gift wrapped with no request needed. For our high end jewelry, we ship in luxury presentation boxes. If you are placing a large order and do not want each item gift wrapped, please note your request in the comments field upon checkout.    Do you offer Special Occasion Gift Cards ?  Yes, we have a large selection of special occasion gift cards available upon checkout. We will write a short custom message for you in lovely hand writing.    Will there be an invoice in the shipment ? Yes, every invoice will contain an invoice unless it is a gift to someone. Item photos and descriptions are not printed on invoices. Will there be a copy of the item description with my order ?   No, however we do offer to print it out for you and enclose it with the order upon request. You can submit the request when you checkout by entering text in the comments section on the checkout form. You can also print the descriptions yourself however they cannot be printed directly from the website for security reasons. To view more photos of each item, click on the thumbnails below the large main photo on the description page. How frequently do you put new listings online ? Usually, every other day, when time permits depending upon order and shipping volume. Can you tell me what my jewelry it worth ?  Click Here to get value and history information on jewelry you own.  Can you convert clip earrings to pierced, or vise versa ? Yes. If the earrings can be converted, it will be noted in the listing and listed in both the clip and pierced earring categories.   Can you repair or recondition antique and vintage costume jewelry that I own? You can call, email, or text. In most cases, yes. I do custom cleaning, metal and enamel restoration, rhinestone replacement, gold fluxing, findings repair or replacement, and in some cases, bead replacement and bead repair. It is difficult to give you an exact cost for repair until we see the jewelry in person and determine if the necessary items are in stock or need to be ordered. We can give a basic estimate if you email good, large, clear photos of the jewelry repairs needed. Most repairs typically take 1-2 weeks.  Please email about your needs prior to shipping any jewelry for repair. I do not offer repair services near or around holidays such as Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Christmas, or New Years.
