Blue Moonstone Rhinestone Vintage Pearl Earrings 1950s German Jewelry
Made in the 1950s, these very special clip earrings are a rare unique design. They are so unique that if they were on one of my competitors sites, I know they would be priced more than twice the price listed here!
These earrings are not signed and while I believe they were most likely made in West Germany, they could have also been made by Hattie Carnegie or Robert DeMario. Notice the exceptional lace filigree gold metal settings on the back.
The earrings have plastic pearl petals overlapped in a domino fashion and each has a Montana blue rhinestone in a gold metal bezel setting. The domed light blue Lucite moonstone cabs are framed in a circle of Montana blue rhinestones. All of the rhinestones are prong set.
Medium large in size, the earrings are 1 1/2" or 38 mm wide.
The pair is in exceptional pristine clean condition with no imperfections or flaws. There are no signs of wear, scratches, or cloudy stones. There is no gold wear or wear to the pearls. No gold wear on the backs except some gentle signs of handling on the clips. The clips are in perfect working order.
Comes gift wrapped and shipped in a new presentation earring box.
