Vintage Copper Necklace Flower Medallion Choker 1950s Copper Jewelry
From the 1950s, this attractive copper medallion unisex necklace is short necklace made to be worn close to the neckline.
The pendant and the chain are both solid copper and the medallion is embellished with engraved sun rays, a Pop Art flower, and a bright red glass cab at the center. The pendant also has five dangling tear drop paddles.
The copper chain was hand made of elongated flat copper links, each about 1/2" long. The necklace chain is 16" or 40 cm long but I have added 2 1/2 " of round copper chain, and a copper lobster clasp, to make the necklace 18 1/2" long or 46 cm.
The chain can easily be converted back to the original length upon request. The pendant is medium in size at 2 3/8" long x 1 5/16" wide, or 6 cm x 3.3 cm.
Both pendant and chain are in pristine clean condition with no imperfections like scratches, dings, or dents. The back of the pendant has been left uncleaned to show the age of the piece. The back of the pendant can be cleaned for you upon request at no charge. The pendant is not signed.
