Delizza Elster Juliana Topaz Citrine Pin w Earrings 1950s Vintage Jewelry
Made by Delizza and Elster in the 1950s, this Juliana brooch and dangle clip earring set is a luminous creation of Topaz, Citrine, and vary unusual Smokey/Green/Gold crystals. The unique tri-color crystals, or some on the marquise stones, appear to change color based on lighting and background color.
This dazzling brooch has a high dome with large varigated marquise crystals, Citrine chaton crystals, and a faceted black glass chaton at the center. The matching dangle clip earrings feature gold chained settings with black glass chatons and a crystal marquise leaf design at the bottom with a large Citrine faceted round.
All pieces are made of polished gold plated metal, the marquise stones are open backed, and all stones are prong set. Look at the back of the jewelry and you can see the quality craftsmanship indicative of D&E.
Medium in size, the brooch is 1 7/8" or 47 mm wide. The earrings hang down 2" or 51 mm long. The large marquise crystals are 15 mm long.
This set has never been worn and all pieces are in pristine perfect like new condition with no imperfections or flaws. All of the crystals are perfect with no chips, scratches, scuffs, or facet wear. the set is micorscopically clean and bright. There is no gold wear or loss of gold anywhere; not even on any of the prong settings. The ear clips are like new as well. Of course, the set is not signed.
