Vintage Gold Button Earrings 1950s Big Satin Gold Clip Earrings
In the 1950s, big button style earrings in brushed or textured gold were very popular.
These earrings are not bright gold but rather a dark antiqued satin gold. My photos are very color accurate. These clip earrings have slight domes and the microscopic etched lines and dots reflect light in a very attractive way.
Ladies admired these earrings because they were classy and could be worn everyday, even to work with pant suits. It is very difficult to find earrings like these anymore in great condition because they were worn often, and most were worn out.
The buttons are 1 1/8" wide and they are in perfect condition. The earrings have no scratches or dings and are perfectly clean. The clips are strong with tight snap and unworn as well. Not signed, but probably made by Coro.
