Gold Swirl Pin Modern Sprial Brooch w Purple Glass Vintage Jewelry
This hand crafted large gold swirl brooch was made in the late 1970s or early 1980s, when wild Art Modern designs were all the rage.
The brooch is made of thick and rich gold plated metal that is slightly non-uniform in thickness, or a hand hammered effect. The design is embellished with a large glowing purple glass cab that is mirror backed. The brooch can be worn at many different angles.
Large in size, it measures 2 7/8" or 73 mm wide. The purple glass cab is 1" or 25 mm long. The entire brooch is in spectacular like new pristine condition with no imperfections or flaws. There are no scratches or scuffs on the gold or the glass cab. It is microscopically clean and bright and the brooch is not signed.
