Monet Jewelry Vintage Gold Bracelet Satin Twists 1960s Jewelry
Only once in a blue moon does a vintage Monet bracelet surface like this one.
From the late 1950s or early 1960s, I don't know what Monet did to achieve this type of gold finish, but it is truly amazing and rarely found today. The bracelet is two strands of twisted oval gold metal beads. Each gold bead is about the size of a peanut, out of the shell, or 5/8" long x 7/16" wide. The oval beads are spaced with small round matching gold beads.
Call this heavenly gold finish glistening, shimmering, satin, or highly reflective, it is truly VERY elegant and I don't think anyone has been able to duplicate this type of gold finish on any jewelry I have seen in the past 40 years. The beads feel like precious little gems on your wrist.
The bracelet has a big fancy bow clasp, the original safety chain, and the original Monet gold metal hang tag. When hooked, the bracelet is 7 3/4 long x 3/4" wide. The length is not adjustable.
The entire bracelet, both front and back, is in pristine clean like new condition and has never been worn. There in no gold wear anywhere, not even on the clasp. This grand Monet sensation is sparkling clean and ready to wear!
