Etruscan Revival Gold Bracelet Signed NAPIER Vintage Jewelry
Designer signed Napier, this exquisite wide gold metal Etruscan style bracelet is a very rare design, and a rare Napier style.
It is hard to pin point exactly when this bracelet was made, but it was made sometime after 1955 to up through the 1970s. It is signed Napier with copyright. I believe the bracelet was made sometime during the 1970s as similar bold styles were being produced by Diane Lane, Jonathan Bailey, and Andre Boeut for Trifari and Napier was one of their biggest competitors.
The bracelet is made of 6 large links with oval mirror domes in bright polished gold and deeply molded leaves in satin etched and polished gold metal. The entire bracelet has heavy quality gold plating, back when gold plating was a standard of great quality designer jewelry.
The bracelet is 7 1/2" long x 1 3/4" wide or 19 cm x 4.5 cm. The length is fixed and cannot be adjusted as the bracelet has a hidden insert clasp. The entire bracelet is in exceptional condition with no signs of wear and no flaws or imperfections. The bracelet is microscopically clean and bright. The high polished gold domes have some microscopic, scant, light hints of gentle wear if viewed under high magnification; hardly worth noting. The back is finished in textured satin gold and the clasp is signed Napier ©.
Comes gift wrapped and shipped in a luxury presentation bracelet box.
