Peacock Crystal 4 Strand 1950s Necklace w Earrings Sapphire Emerald
This vintage 1950s peacock crystal necklace and clip earring parure is superb quality.
The design is very unique as the 4 strands of Sapphire, Emerald, and Clear Crystal beads also incorporate unusual teal iridescent glass twist beads. The flower style clip earrings are very unique as the designs are concave, wired to fancy silver filigree findings. The necklace is also finished with fancy silver metal Fleur de Lis findings.
This excellent quality set was designer made but it is not signed. The filigree findings on the earrings and the Fleur de Lis findings on the necklace were styles that were used by Judy Lee, Kramer, Coro, and others.
The necklace can be hooked up to 17 1/4" or 44 cm long and the original Aqua crystal extension chain is in place. The earrings are rather large at 1 3/8" or 36 mm wide. If you would like the necklace to be a little bit longer you can order a custom made extension chain below.
The entire set is in pristine like new microscopically clean condition. All of the beads are glistening bright and flawless with no facet wear. The findings are perfect with no metal wear and the earring clips are like new and in perfect working order.
