Vintage Glass Necklace w Crystals Lemon Lime Torsade 1950s Jewelry
From the 1950s, this necklace is a marvelous 8 strand design in lemon lime glass tube beads.
The connectors from bead to bead are gold metal and along the strands there are faceted Austrian crystals in very light yellow that borders on crystal clear. The necklace has a fancy hidden box clasp, adorned with glass beads and one crystals strung on wire.
The shortest strand with the clasp is 18" and the longest strand is 24". Each glass tube bead is 3/8" long x 1/8" wide.
The necklace is not signed but based on the design and the style of the clasp, it was most likely made in either Japan or Hong Kong in the late 1950s or early 1960s. The necklace is in pristine like new condition with no imperfections and appears to have never been worn.
Perfectly clean and dazzling ! Such a unique bright color !
