Made in the 1940s, this unsigned vintage dress clip is a flattering design of unique deep rose gold metal.

The flower petals are stacked and layered, tightly set, and have slits on the petals. The center is embellished with a translucent red glass cab. Around the middle of the flower petals there is a red glass ring that is very unusual for a dress clip.

The deep rose gold plating is an old uncommon method of plating that will not tarnish, fade, or wear. This dress clip has never been worn and as it has been safely stashed away. You can see the original pristine condition of the gold plating.

Medium in size, the dress clip is 1 5/8" or 40 mm wide. The entire clip is microscopically clean with no imperfections or flaws. There are scratches, scuffs, or dings. The clip mechanism is like new as well.
