Made in the the 1950s, these very elegant cameo earrings are not signed but I recognize them as a Florenza design by the polished gold metal dangle bullet beads.
The earrings are screw backs and the round cameos are Carnelian glass with ivory-celluloid cameos. The Carnelian glass is very impressive as it has a nice glowing quality. To top off the whole elegant design, the cameos are set in round frames of clear rhinestone chatons, each rhinestone set in individual beaded gold metal settings. The gold metal "bullet" bead dangles are a classic 1950 style but they were only very rarely used by certain designers.
The earrings are medium petite in size at 1 1/4" tall x 3/4" wide or 3.1 cm x 1.9 cm. The earrings have never been worn and both are in pristine microscopically clean like new condition. There are no imperfections of signs of wear anywhere. All of the rhinestones are original, present, and brilliant sparkling clear.
