This is a very impressive, big dimensional sterling silver goose! From the 1940s, this large bird is a design that is of the finest craftsmanship, much nicer than the sterling goose pins that were made by Coro. The goose is an impressive presentation piece as all the feathers on the wings have high definition. The front wing is angled outward on a 45 degree angle.

This big flying bird is signed Sterling and it measures 3 3/4" long 3 3/4" tall, or 9.5 cm x 9.5 cm. It weighs 31 grams of sterling silver. This goose is in very superb condition. There are no scratches, scuffs, or dings and the sterling is like new on the front. The back has indications of the true age of the piece with very light microscopic hints of wear. The brooch has the original fine working sterling safety clasp, sterling hinge, and sterling bar pin.
