This prominent vintage swan brooch was made in the 1950s.

The swan is textured bright yellow gold metal with inlay enamel accents on the wing in shades of red, blue, and green. The graceful head and the base are encrusted with clear Swarovski crystals.

This swan is a nice presentation piece as it is medium large in size at 2 1/4" tall x 2" wide or 5.8 cm x 5 cm. The brooch is not signed but the quality is exceptional and was certainly designer made in the US long ago.

I sincerely doubt this brooch has ever been worn and the entire pin, both front and back, is in pristine like new condition. The brooch is microscopically clean and bright and there is no gold wear anywhere. All of the crystals are original, present, and sparkling clear. The back has the original fine working safety clasp.
