Made in the 1950s, the square button style cufflinks are signed Sterling. The faces, shanks, and toggles are all sterling.
The cufflinks are called button style as they have rounded corners and are slighting domed. The silver might look scratched in the photos but they are not. It is a smooth satin etched finish. Diagonally are engraved beveled scroll designs. These cufflinks were not produced in the US. They have 1950s bullet toggles but the style indicates they were most likely made in England.
They measure 3/4" wide. The pair is in pristine clean condition with no imperfections or flaws. Very light wear commensurate with age.
Comes gift wrapped and shipped in a new cufflink presentation box as pictured.
