Made in the 1950s, these milk glass and clear Austrian crystal dangle earrings are a very unusual design!

Most vintage milk glass earrings are either button styles or rather conservative in nature, but these earrings have a lot of swing and flash!

The earrings are clips but they are the slender lever style that are comfortable to wear. Each earring has 5 dangles with round and oval pinched and twisted milk glass beads. The round faceted clear crystals have an iridescent AB finish and reflect pastel hues of light. Notice that these earrings were made in a very time consuming fashion as all of the beads are connected with individual brass head pins.

Medium large in size, the earrings from top to bottom are 2 1/2" or 62 mm long. The crystal rounds are 6 mm and 8.5 mm and the largest milk glass beads are 15 mm long.

The pair is in super pristine clean like new condition with no imperfections or flaws. All of the crystals have strong facets and no wear, chips, or cracks. The milk glass beads are glossy and super clean. The brass head pins, at the ends of just the bottom beads, have a darkened patina from age. The earrings are not signed but were most likely made in West Germany.
