You will probably never see another 1960s vintage flower pin like this one! It is a very wild rare design!

The flower is made of thick cast metal and the petals are diamond shapes with openwork loops or ribbons. The petals are stacked in an alternating top and bottom fashion, lending a great 3D look. The stem has two pear shaped leaves with a different openwork design; a floral pattern. The stem, leaves, and stamen area are ivory white. The flower is lavender purple.

Medium large in size, this wild 1960s flower is 3 3/4" tall x 2 1/16" wide or 93 mm x 52 mm.

The entire brooch is in pristine clean condition with no imperfections or flaws like dings or dents or serious signs of wear. The enamels are still in excellent glossy condition with only some very tiny specks of wear on a few of the petal tips. The back is finished in both purple and neon pink enamels. The back has the original fine working safety clasp. The brooch is not signed but was assuredly designer made in the US in the 1960s.
