Made in the 1980s, these crazy cat earrings are carved wood designs in glossy white paint with hand painted grey and black stripes.

Earrings of this style were made in Bali, Indonesia and exported to the US only for a short time. The pierced ear wires are silver metal.

Medium in size, the earrings hang down 2 1/2" or 64 mm long.

The pair is in pristine clean very well cared for condition. There are no chips or scratches and no paint wear. Truth is, these earrings have been stored away in my jewelry collection for over 30 years and have not been worn. There are only microscopic hints of wear from gentle handling.
