This unique Oriental glass bead floral belt was hand made in the early 1980s. I have owned it since it was new and it has never been worn.

The belt is completely covered in black glass beads and the flowers and leaves are glistening metallic tube beads in deep rose pink, golden yellow, ocean blue, and sage green. All of the tube beads are metallic foil beads with shimmering golden hues. Notice that the round buckle is also covered with matching round seed beads.

The interior of the belt is lined in deep black silk. The belt is 2" wide or 5 cm and is 36 1/2" or 91 cm long.

The entire belt is in sensational condition and is perfectly clean and like new. All of the beads are tight and there are no missing or damaged beads. On the black silk lining, there are two microscopic pin pricks in the silk from handling, hardly worth noting. There is no wear, fraying, or discoloration of the silk.
