In the 1970s, earrings with strange abstract designs were very popular. The design was actually borrowed from nature, mimicking the shape of clouds. You could call it a free form design, and you can certainly call them strange and far out!
These earrings are for pierced ears and the square design has ribbon edges. The enamels are bright lime green and ivory white. They measure 1 3/4" wide point to point and were made to be worn in a kite or diamond shape at your ear (not square to your ear). Both earrings are in pristine like new condition and have undoubtedly never been worn.
