Made by Delizza and Elster in the 1950s, this very unique Topaz crystal and Citrine rhinestone brooch is one of their most unusual designs. It is a D & E design that is not often seen. This long slender brooch is a gleaming brilliant creation of uncommon craftsmanship. The brooch is made of gold-plated metal and there are 2 long gold metal branches. There are small inset Citrine rhinestones at the base of the branches then 2 long, full length rows of much large Citrine rhinestones up the branch, one row on each side and all prong set. At the middle are loops with clusters of Topaz crystal rounds creating a unique dangle design.
Medium large in size, the brooch is 3 3/4" long x 1 " wide or 93 mm x 25 mm. The Topaz crystals are 8 mm and the largest Citrine rhinestone are 9 mm. The entire brooch is in pristine sparkling clean like new condition with no imperfections or flaws. All of the rhinestones and crystals are flawless with no scratches, chips, or facet wear. All of the crystals and rhinestones are original, present, and super sparkling. There is no gold wear or loss of gold. The back has the original fine working safety clasp. The brooch is not signed as most D&E pieces once had paper hang tags.
Comes gift wrapped and shipped in a new luxury presentation brooch box.
