This amazing pink glass necklace and earrings Parure was made in Japan in the late 1950s.
At that time, Japan glass bead makers rivaled the Italians, the Bohemians, and the French.
You couldn't ask for a better combination of incredible pink glass beads!
This necklace is 4 fabulous feminine strands and with the clip earrings, there are 7 different types of pink glass beads.
There are barrel and round beads, and all are hand made.
I wont describe each and every bead to you, because the pictures speak better than words!
Between each pink bead is a clear gold or Citrine glass spacer bead, so the pink beads have not worn against each other.
The necklace is finished with silver metal butterfly findings and a pearl extension chain.
The necklace is signed Japan on the hook and the earrings are not signed.
Both necklace and earrings are in superb condition. Perfectly clean and no signs of wear or age.
The necklace can be hooked anywhere between 14 1/2" long and 16 3/4" long. The earrings are 7/8" wide.
