These vintage earrings look like monograms but they are actually not letters at all, just fancy engraved ribbon designs.
From the mid 1950's, these petite dangle earrings look like polished sterling silver but they are actually very high-quality silver rhodium. This type of rhodium polishes like silver and will never tarnish or wear. The earrings are screw backs and are signed Alice. This signature is that of Alice Jewelry Company, Providence RI, which is owned by Lillian Vernon.
The earrings are in pristine unworn condition. The round dangle portion is 5/8" wide or about the size of a US dime. The earrings hang down 1 1/4" long.
Comes gift wrapped and shipped in a new presentation jewelry box.
