Art Deco Earings Signed KJL Clear Crystal Buttons
These signed KJL clip earrings are one of my favorite KJL designs because they can be worn on special occasions or every day. Their stately elegance matches many different outfits.
Im not exactly certain when these earrings were made but they are vintage and have been stored away since the late 1980s or early 1990s.
The earrings are a medium button design with flattering German lead clear crystals with brilliant radiating facets. The crystals are set in glossy black acrylic frames. The lead in the crystals is rather prominent as the facets through brilliant rainbows of light.
The earrings are 1" or 2.5 cm wide and the crystals are 5/8" or 1.6 cm wide. They earrings are very light weight to wear. Both earrings are signed Kenneth Lane (spelled out) with ©.
The pair is in exceptional pristine clean like new condition. They appear perfect to the naked eye however if examined under a loupe, they have probably been worn a couple of times as there are the tiniest of pin prick dings, one on each of the table tops of the crystals. If I didn't tell you they were they Im certain it would go unnoticed.
