Chandelier Vintage Earrings 1960s American Indian Rainbow Beads
Made in the 1960s, these unique rainbow glass seed bead chandelier earrings were a popular design that is rare to find today.
In the 1960s, seed bead jewelry from American Indian Reservations was often found in tourist gift shops around the US. It was one of the ways in which American Indian reservations, especially those like the Cherokee, made money for the reservation.
The earrings are clips and the clips are signed Hong Kong, but don't let that confuse you. The earrings were not made in Hong Kong; just the clips were made there.
The earrings are American Indian and were all hand made. Take a close look at the striking design and craftsmanship: a hand sewn button on the ear post, a beaded bell cap at the top, and looped beaded dangles with the rainbow colors at top and bottom of the loops.
Light weight to wear, the earrings are 3 1/4" or 83 mm long. I've had these earrings safely stashed away for decades. The earrings have never been worn and the pair is in pristine clean like new condition with no imperfections or flaws.
Comes gift wrapped and shipped in a new luxury presentation earring box.
I can convert these earrings to pierced if you like. Please just check the option box below.
