Vintage Confetti Lucite Earrings Black n Gold 1960s Jewelry
As a vintage jewelry collector of about 40 years, one of my favorite types of vintage earrings to collect are 1950s confetti Lucite button clips. I think my fascination with these earrings lies in the fact that 50-60 years ago, they were considered super wild and far out due to the way in which the colorful metallic clips seem to float in layers, much like the fascination one gets shaking snow in a snow globe. About 95% or all confetti Lucite earrings are not signed however most of them were made by Coro.
Made in the 1960s, these dramatic black, gold, and silver Lucite confetti earrings are square cylinder shapes. These fun formal evening earrings are screw backs and the Lucite is clear, but appears black as the backs are black Lucite.
Unsigned, the earrings are medium petite in size at 3/4" wide x 7/8" tall or 1.8 cm x 2.3 cm wide. Both earrings are in spectacular like new pristine clean condition with not even any microscopic hints of wear.
