Delizza Elster Juliana Pin w Earrings Big Clear Crystal Wreath Brooch

Made by Delizza and Elster in the 1950s, this Juliana laurel wreath brooch and clip earring set is like seeing a miracle before your eyes. This is a set you put in your will because it is a special heirloom treasure and is a very rare to find D&E set.

It is a versatile set that can be worn for any special occasion and the luminescent open back clear marquise crystals match any attire of every color. The set was originally designed to be given as an anniversary present or given to bride to be. In ancient Rome, the laurel wreath was a symbol of marital victory.

This self illuminating jewelry set is spectacular, but what is most impressive is the superb collector's condition of the set. The deeply stacked laurel wreath brooch is made of polished gold plated metal and all of the marquise and chaton crystals are 4 prong set. The clip earrings are not stacked, but rather a single spray of matching design.

The brooch is a large presentation piece at 2 1/2" tall x 2 1/8" wide or 64 mm x 55 mm. The clip earrings are 1 5/8" tall x 1 1/8" wide or 42 mm x 28 mm. You can get a better indication of the size of the brooch by viewing the photo of the brooch in my hand.

All of the crystals and rhinestones are original, present, and in pristine like new condition with no scratches, chips, or discoloration. The gold plated metal is perfect all around; not even any gold wear on the prongs of the settings. The entire set is in microscopically clean and in sparkling brilliant condition. The back of the brooch has the original fine working safety clasp and bar closure. The clips on the earrings are like new as well and in perfect working order. The set is not signed as most D&E pieces were not signed.

Comes gift wrapped and shipped in new luxury presentation jewelry boxes.
