Egyptian Revival Jewelry Vintage 1970s King Tut Pin Pharaoh Brooch

A world wide wave of ethnic Egyptian jewelry production
was sparked in the 1970s by the museum tours of King Tuts Tomb.

This well designed pharaoh pin is a heavy substantial solid brass piece with an antique finish. The brooch is not signed but it was sold at museums during the King Tut tour in the 1970s. This is a retired design and was not sold in museums during the 2006 King Tut tour.

The brooch is in perfect, pristine condition with no signs of wear or other imperfections. It is a nice medium to large size that measures about 2" tall x 1 3/4" wide and the original fine working safety clasp is in place. This Egyptian style of vintage jewelry is hard to find at reasonable prices. Most vintage pins that were made in this style were very ornate and now fetch hundreds of dollars.

Comes gift wrapped and shipped in a new presentation jewelry box.

You can add a gold brooch slider to convert this pin to a pendant by checking the box below. Sliders come with a pair of silicon stoppers to hold slider in place.
