Egyptian Revival Jewelry Earrings Big Gold Dangles 1940s Jewelry #12704

Item number: 12704

It is not doubt that these unique earrings were handmade and I have never seen another pair like them! The findings are very old and date from the late 1930s or early 1940s.

The old gold painted brass medallions have Egyptian Revival engravings. The small silver metal bell beads at the bottom are also very old. The red and clear cabs are mirrored back glass and the 3/4" long green and red dangles are faceted Lucite.

The earrings are not signed but they are well made and in great condition. The pierced ear wires are new gold metal ear wires. The earrings are clean with no wear and just a light aged patina to the gold on the backs of the medallions.

The earrings are 2 1/2" long and with the ear wires, they hang down 3 3/4" long overall. They were made to hang down a little bit longer than normal ear wires. The medallions are 1" wide. In one of the photos you will see, I will include different ear wires for you, as I believe the earrings look better with them.
