Made of sage green/brown soapstone, this pair of Oriental carved soapstone bookends has some wear but still a nice collectible if you love soapstone. This set is at least 60 years old or older. The sailboats are in good condition with no broken or missing pieces and the bookends are solid with no cracks or repairs.
There are missing pieces on both bookends above the sailboats, and some chips on a few of the corners or edges. Please see the photos. They measure 4" tall x 3 1/4" wide.
