1970s Vintage Jewelry Big Gold Dolphin Brooch #15224
It was not until the 1960s and 1970s that dolphin style jewelry became popular; about the same time Miami Seaquarium was making Flipper shows.
The dolphins have polished glistening gold metal texture and clear crystal eyes. This is very special because it is one of the few designs ever made that depicts two dolphins in love, or twin souls.
It measures 2 1/2" tall x 1 3/8" wide or 64 mm x 35 mm. The brooch is not signed but it was designer made in the 1960-1970 era. It is not signed because it was probably sold somewhere like Miami Seaquarium. It was most likely made by Monet, Napier, or Trifari.
The entire brooch is in pristine like new microscopically clean condition. It has obviously never been worn. There are no imperfections or flaws such as scratches or dings. The back has the original fine working safety clasp.
Comes gift wrapped and shipped in a new presentation jewelry box.
