1950s Vintage Jewelry Signed Selro Silver Spiral Pinwheel Brooch #17060

Made in the 1960s, this terrific celestial silver rhodium brooch is designer signed Selro.

Selro, or Paul Selenger, was most famous for his HAR like figural face jewelry but every now and then, a Selro signed piece like this one surfaces, showing that Paul made jewelry other than figural face jewelry. 

My photos barely capture the beauty of this gleaming brooch. The brooch is made of silver rhodium metal and the spiral arms are super metallic with very fine linear etching like the look of Christmas tree tinsel. Bold polished silver rhodium floating bars define the outlines of the pinwheel shapes.

Large in size, the brooch is 2 1/2" or 65 mm wide. The entire brooch is in pristine clean like new condition with no imperfections or flaws. There are no scratches or dings and no silver wear or loss of silver. The back has the original fine working safety clasp and the Selro cartouche.

Comes gift wrapped and shipped in a new presentation brooch box.
