Vintage copper earrings in leaf designs have always been very popular copper jewelry motifs and there have been a variety of leaf designs made. These 1950s solid copper earrings are rather unusual modern split leaf design that looks like a philodendron. The leaves have small polished beads in a rib down the center and the leaves are backed with overlapping flat rectangles that were burnished black when made.
The earrings are clips and measure 1 1/4" long x 7/8" wide. The fronts are in excellent condition. The clips are strong with tight snap. The backs have moderate to heavy wear. The leaves have only been lightly polished and still retain their old patina. They can be polished more to suit your liking. The earrings are not signed but they are most likely unsigned Renoir.
Comes gift wrapped and shipped in a new presentation earring box.
Comes with a free new pair of white soft silicon ear cushions for your wearing comfort.
