Why have I not received a reply email or reply to my phone call?

I respond to all orders and similar inquiries immediately by email or text if you gave me your cell number. If you sent an email and did not receive a reply, please check your spam or junk email box.

If you are expecting an email confirmation of your order and cannot locate the email, login to this website and check your order history. In your order history you will find the method of shipping, the date the order was shipped, and the tracking number.


Privacy Policy

Veronica's Passions is a subsidiary of Great Vintage and all owned and solely operated by Veronica. All sites are 100% secure shopping sites triple layered with the latest security features and trusted shopping carts.

Your personal information will never be shared with anyone. I also do not send spam emails. I send emails on occasion with discount coupons only if you subscribe. You may unsubscribe within the emails at any time.
I don't share my customers data with anyone, ever!


Shipping Policies

I reply promptly to all orders usually not longer than a few hours.
You will receive an email copy of your order and a copy in your shipment. 

An additional email with the shipping date and the tracking number will also be sent to you. All orders are shipped within 48 business hours, holidays permitting. Shipping time rarely exceeds 5 business days from order date by USPS Priority Mail. 


All orders are luxury gift wrapped with no request needed. High end jewelry is shipped in luxury presentation boxes.

What shipping carriers do you use?

All US orders are shipped FREE by USPS Mail by default.
If you want Express Mail, please CALL or TEXT me after you place an order at 828-773-4053 to get a quote for Express service.

Will I have to sign for the package?

All orders under $200 are shipped with delivery confirmation only.
All orders $200 or more are shipped with signature confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship to most countries worldwide. If you placed an order and you are outside the US 50 states or Puerto Rico, contacted by email to discuss what shipping options are available to you and what the additional cost will be.

Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt.
This notice to inspect upon arrival is on every invoice in each shipment.

All returns must be reported within 48 hrs of receiving the shipment per the tracking and delivery info. You may email, call or text :

Contact info is also on invoice in every shipment.

All returns must be received back to shipper within 7 days from the delivery date. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All returns must include all original jewelry boxes and packing materials inside the jewelry boxes when the items were shipped. 
Buyer is responsible for return shipping & insurance costs.

There is a 25% return fee to cover my costs of shipping, insurance, and restocking to 3 different websites that applies to both refunds and in store credits. 

If the item was damaged during shipping, report it within 48 hrs of delivery, then ship it back to me right away. Take good clear photos of the damaged item any damage to the packaging and forward to me. An insurance claim will be filed on your behalf with USPS for full reimbursement of the item.

What methods of payments do you accept?

I accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. I no longer accept Paypal. I also accept payments by mail by money orders or  personal checks. Checks must clear my bank before shipping.

Do You Buy vintage or antique jewelry? 
Sorry I do not buy jewelry.

How can I save items to view later?
Click the heart on an item to put on your wish list for future purchase.

If I put items on my Wish List, can other customers buy them?
Yes. Only if you put items in your shopping cart and checkout can you secure a purchase.

Can I order more than one of the same item?

No, all items are one of a kind and part of a 40 year personal collection and cannot be re-ordered.

Can I put a HOLD on a jewelry item?
No, sorry, but 99% of the jewelry on this site is one of a kind and it is first come, first serve. 

Can I purchase jewelry on Lay-Away?
 You may use AfterPay here on this site for payment plans.


Will there be an invoice in the shipment?
Yes, every invoice will contain an invoice. Item photos and descriptions are not printed on invoices. If you order is a gift sent to another person, a copy of the item description without pricing is included upon request. You may enter the request in the comment section in the shopping cart.
