This vintage carved bone and teak wood bangle bracelet is very thick and wide and dates from the late 1960's or early 1970's. 
 
There are 8 carved bone panels forming the exterior octagonal shape. The carved panels alternate in angular lines and straight lines. The bone has wonderful varigated coloration and linear stratification that looks like real ivory. The interior of the bracelet is teak wood and the bracelet retains the original Made in India sticker. The teak wood on the interior is smooth and well sanded. 
 
The carved bone is in very nice condition with no wear, discoloration or scratches. There is one small rough spot on one corner. This is truly one of the finest and most unique vintage bone carved bracelets Ive ever seen! 
 
The interior area is 2 5/8" wide and the exterior is 3 1/4" wide. The bangle is 1 1/8" wide and ranges from 3/8" to 1/2" thick.
