Made in the 1960s, this petite butterfly pin is a wonderful treasure as it is alive with gleaming Austrian crystals. 
 
The butterfly is made of textured silver rhodium metal and the wings are marquise cut faceted crystals. Two wings are pastel Aurora Borealis crystals and two are light Amethyst crystals. Also, the bodies and antenni are adorned with clear rhinestone chatons. 
 
Medium petite in size, the butterfly is 1 3/4" long x 1 1/8" tall or 45 mm x 29 mm. 
 
The entire pin is in pristine clean like new condition with no imperfections or flaws. There is no silver metal wear or loss of silver. All of the crystals are flawless with no scratches, chips, or cracks. The back has the original fine working safety clasp and the pin is not signed.
