This early 1960s Parure is a unique Retro Modern design. The metal is thick plated silver rhodium and the cabs are modern geometrics, domed in the center and flecked with raised silver rhodium confetti. Notice how the bright pink and white enamels alternate in color from one cab to the next. 
 
The necklace has 12 cabs and the decorative section of the necklace is 11 1/2" long x 3/4" wide. With the original silver metal extension chains, the necklace can be up to 17 1/2" long. The earrings are clips and the design curves upward around the ear. The earrings are about 1 1/2" long. 
 
This Parure is not signed but based on the unique style, the quality of the rhodium, and the silver metal ball bead on the end of the chain, Im certain the necklace was designer made in the US in the 1960s. 
 
Both necklace and earrings are in extra fine condition. The set is exceptionally clean and well cared for. The clips are like new and are strong with tight snap. There is no loss of enamel and the silver rhodium is polished and unworn. There is no wear to the rhodium on or between the links at all. I imagine if you look really hard at the edges of the cabs, you might find some light touches of wear, but there are no imperfections that can be seen with the naked eye. 
 
This Parure is priced very modestly. A pink enamel necklace, like one designed by Matisse in the 1950s if you can find one, will run about $ 500.
