There are a few designer signed Capri pins from the 1960's that are excellent quality and very unique in designs. This pin is one of them. Plus, Ive always had a passion for antique and vintage black glass pins.
This very unusual flower features long slender black glass navettes, invisibly set is brushed satin gold metal. The slender glass leaves are multi-faceted translucent peridot glass. The center of the pin has a flower stamen in orange red enamel metal. The base of the blooming flower has a touch of green enamel.
The flower is medium in size at 2 3/8" tall x 1 3/4" wide or 6.3 cm x 4.3 cm.
This brooch is in excellent like new clean condition with no wear, no scratches, and no missing gold. The pin is all original and is signed Capri with the copyright. It has the original fine working safety clasp as well.
Truly a very unique designer flower that makes a bold statement !
