While the exact history of Guant of London isnt well documented it is believed they were in business from 1940 to 1959. The primarily made military uniform buttons, badges, and medals.

Most likely made in the late 1950s, they also made cufflinks very briefly. These attractive gold gilt button style cufflinks feature Navy anchors with laurel wreath trim. The gold gilt is linear etched in the background. The polished gold gilt medal design details are raised in relief. The polished gold metal cufflink mechanisms are polished gold plated metal.

The cufflinks are rather large in size at 1" wide or about the same size as a US quarter. The pair is in excellent pristine clean condition with no imperfections or gold wear. Only under very strong magnification can some very light hints of wear be detected. The backs have some light signs of wear that can be seen with the naked eye. The polished gold plated cufflink mechanisms are pristine clean with no wear.

Comes gift wrapped in a new luxury presentation cufflink box as pictured.
