Made in the 1980s, these Retro Modern pierced earrings were made in the Calder art style. The layered geometric design is outlined in hand drawn polished gold lines with poured, recessed, glossy enamels in Coral Orange, Turquoise, and Cobalt blue. The backs are finished in polished gold, in a fine line radiating patterns. 

Unsigned, the earrings are 1 3/8" or 34 mm wide, or about the size of a US silver dollar. Both earrings are in pristine clean like new condition and have never been worn. There are no imperfections or flaws and the ear studs are new and never worn.
